These Terms & Conditions govern all use of q666's platform, services, games, and promotions. By registering or continuing to use a q666 account, every player acknowledges and accepts these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully.

All q666 accounts are strictly for players aged 21 or above. Age is verified at withdrawal using CNIC documentation. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are permanently closed and all balances are forfeited. There are no exceptions to this requirement under q666's international licensing obligations.
Each player may hold precisely one registered q666 account. Duplicate accounts — whether used for bonus abuse, wagering circumvention, or any other reason — will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them. This policy is enforced via device fingerprinting, CNIC verification, and payment method matching.
All q666 promotional bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The standard welcome bonus carries a 25× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Withdrawals on q666 may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed for the first time. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account with q666 or by using the q666 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy available at /responsible-gaming, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
2.2 q666 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the q666 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
2.3 It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If a Player does not accept the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 14.
2.4 This Agreement is available in English. In the event of any conflict between translated or summarised versions of this Agreement and the English original, the English original shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. The q666 platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. q666 will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated balances will be permanently forfeited without recourse.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the q666 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. q666 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any specific country or region. By using q666, you confirm that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered q666 Account. You may not register a new Account if you have an existing Account, whether active, suspended, or closed. Circumventing this rule through the use of different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. q666 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
3.5 KYC Verification. q666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed. q666 accepts standard Pakistani CNIC documentation for identity verification purposes.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your q666 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
4.2 You must notify q666 immediately via live chat or email ([email protected] — displayed as plain text only, not a clickable link) if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 q666 is not liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of unauthorised account access that occurs as a consequence of the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security, unless such unauthorised access results from q666's own security failure.
4.4 q666 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all platform communications. Optional two-factor authentication via SMS OTP to the Player's registered Pakistani mobile number is available and strongly recommended for Accounts with significant balances.
5.1 All deposits and transactions on the q666 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q666 does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR deposits.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 cryptocurrency). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method as published on the q666 Cashier page.
5.3 You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account investigation, fund reversal, and potential permanent closure.
5.4 Deposits are subject to automated fraud detection screening. q666 reserves the right to delay, reverse, or refuse any deposit that triggers fraud screening alerts. In such cases, q666 will contact the Player via their registered contact details.
5.5 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for q666's operational purposes. Player funds are protected against q666's insolvency to the extent required under applicable international licensing standards.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the Player having completed KYC verification and having no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the funds being withdrawn.
6.2 Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. q666 does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account.

7.1 All q666 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for q666's welcome bonus subject to the following standard conditions: minimum qualifying deposit of Rs 1,000; 100% match up to Rs 10,000 credited to Bonus Balance; 25× wagering requirement on the bonus amount; wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus award; eligible games as specified in the bonus terms.
7.3 General Bonus Conditions.
7.4 VIP Programme. q666's VIP tier programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) operates on a rolling 30-day wagering calculation. Tier benefits, cashback rates, and free chip allocations are published on the q666 VIP programme page and may be amended by q666 upon 14 days' prior notice to affected Players.
8.1 All bets placed on q666 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, as published within the respective game interface or betting market information panel.
8.2 Bets are final and binding once confirmed. q666 does not permit cancellation of confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error, system failure, or other circumstances at q666's sole discretion.
8.3 Manifest Error. q666 reserves the right to void bets and reverse associated payouts in cases of manifest error — including incorrect odds, pricing errors, game malfunctions, and technical failures — regardless of whether the Player was aware of the error at the time of wagering.
8.4 Sports Betting. The settlement of sports bets is subject to official competition results as verified by recognised sports governing bodies. q666 reserves the right to delay settlement pending investigation where results are disputed or under official review.
8.5 Live Casino. Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified human dealers using physical gaming equipment. All q666 live tables are certified by independent testing laboratories. In the event of a live stream disconnection mid-game, q666's documented game state recovery procedure shall apply.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q666 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
q666 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation, and to permanently close such Account and forfeit all balances upon investigation conclusion where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
10.1 q666 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform operates under international licensing standards that impose specific responsible gaming obligations, which q666 takes seriously and implements at the product level.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at all times via the Account Dashboard:
10.3 Self-exclusion decisions take effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new Accounts. q666 maintains a self-exclusion register and enforces it through registration screening.
10.4 q666's responsible gaming team proactively monitors Player behaviour for patterns indicative of problematic gambling, including rapidly escalating stakes, extended continuous sessions, frequent redepositing after losses, and requests for exclusion tool removal. Identified Players will be proactively contacted before they request intervention.
10.5 Players experiencing difficulty managing their gambling behaviour are encouraged to visit q666's Responsible Gaming page and to access the support resources listed therein. q666 cooperates fully with industry responsible gaming programmes.
11.1 All content on the q666 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, design elements, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual content, is the exclusive intellectual property of q666 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q666 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any q666 content without prior written consent from q666.
11.3 The q666 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of q666. Unauthorised use of q666's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the q666 platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 q666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Real-Money Balance deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
12.3 q666 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. q666 shall not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits q666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 q666's collection, use, storage, and processing of Player personal data is governed by the q666 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service communication.
13.3 q666 will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC vendors, licensing authorities) is subject to those parties' own data protection obligations and is limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.
14.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting q666 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered withdrawal method within standard processing times, subject to completion of KYC verification.
14.2 q666-Initiated Suspension. q666 reserves the right to suspend any Account immediately and without prior notice where q666 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, account security compromise, fraud, or money laundering. Suspended Accounts will be investigated within 72 hours and either reinstated or permanently closed following investigation.
14.3 q666-Initiated Closure. q666 may permanently close an Account where investigation confirms a material breach of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct under Section 9, age misrepresentation under Section 3.1, or identity fraud. In cases of confirmed breach, all balances held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited without recourse.
14.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. q666 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Player via their registered email and mobile number before applying any dormancy-related administrative fees, as published in the fee schedule on the q666 platform. Real-Money Balances in dormant Accounts are not forfeited without prior written notice to the Player.
15.1 q666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this page and will be updated upon each revision.
15.2 For material amendments — meaning changes that substantively affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or liability provisions — q666 will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on their Account, and will display a prominent notice on the q666 platform during that notice period.
15.3 For non-material amendments — including corrections, clarifications, updated contact details, and changes to promotional structures that do not affect existing active bonuses — q666 may update the terms immediately upon publication with a notation of the change date.
15.4 If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure under Section 14.1 prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of q666 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.
16.1 This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to q666's licensed jurisdiction. q666 does not represent that the laws of any specific country govern this Agreement, and Players are responsible for ensuring their own legal compliance.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between a Player and q666 arising from or in connection with this Agreement should be raised with q666's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected] (plain text only — not a clickable link). q666 is committed to resolving disputes informally within 5 business days of receipt of a formally submitted complaint.
16.3 Formal Complaints Procedure. If a dispute is not resolved informally within 5 business days, the Player may submit a formal written complaint. q666 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.
16.4 External Dispute Resolution. Players who remain dissatisfied following q666's formal complaints procedure may refer their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under q666's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body are available on request from q666's compliance team.
16.5 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
